I was contacted by Jason at Landen literally only 2 hours after walking into Lowes in Jacksonville terrified about having to install a whole new AC unit. By the end of the day, I had been contacted by Renee and had an appointment set up less than 72 hours after initial contact. The three gentlemen who came to the house were clean, quick, and thorough, and I could not be more pleased with the service I received. I went into this whole process expecting a nightmare, and the team at Landen made it very simple and quick. I don’t have enough good things to say about them. 10 stars out of 5 and highly recommend.

Of course, my heat pump had to break down in the middle of the afternoon yesterday, when I knew I wouldn't be able to get assistance until today. I was told that Ryan would be here today between 10 am and 2 pm. At about 8 I got a text that Ryan was on his way and he was here before 9 am. Ryan quickly diagnosed my issue and had me up and running before 10 am. He was very quick and very pleasant to work with. He made sure that I understood the problem and what would need to be done in the future.

Unfortunately on the hottest day of the year, our ac goes out. My husband called LandenAir and a young man Ryan came to the house, analyzed our system and it was determined that our 18 year old unit was gone. Ryan arrived on time, answered all our questions, and even offered and put in window units to hold us over until the new unit came in. I never felt like he was giving made up answers to our questions to appease us. I would highly recommend you ask for Ryan and use this company for your heating and air conditioning needs.
